Abstract/Summary

This action research is focused on addressing the dissatisfaction of a new client who outsourced their accounting and bookkeeping process to us, Orange Company. The issues raised by the client are on the quality and reliability of the accounting and bookkeeping service that we were providing to them. In this action research, our goal is to address the gaps, delays, reworks, and errors encountered. In resolving these issues, we, the Orange Company will be able to satisfy and keep our client, Offshore Company.
