Abstract/Summary

The purpose of this action research was to study how the NRS Process Systems Sdn. Bhd. representative office in the Philippines improved its marketing process. This paper examined the situation and addressed the importance of marketing to improve the state of the company. Collaborators engaged in two cycles of research to determine the status on how the company can increase its number of project inquiries. Guided by the Marketing Funnel Framework, the collaborators through group discussions, found that creating awareness and maintaining good working relationships with existing clients is important to increase the number of project inquiries, thus increasing the chance of getting clients. This research made the collaborators understand and reflect on their actions that transformed the company to reach its objective of increasing the number of project inquiries.
