Abstract/Summary

This study aimed to investigate whether Transformational Leadership Style and personality types of Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness and Agreeableness increases the level of Occupational Self-Efficacy among employees who work in a virtual setting from selected institutions in Metro Manila, Philippines. Furthermore, 97 out of the 400 participants answered the open-ended questions for employees. There were 20 supervisors of the participants who answered the open-ended questions for leaders.
