Abstract/Summary

The purpose of this action research is to address the issues of KCPS Construction Services. The company is facing difficulties in handling and maintaining its manpower, greatly affecting its services and operations. To resolve several issues, the action researcher applied integrated action research supported by human resource function and frameworks.

The first cycle covers the identification of issues brought up by our employees in our first general meeting: the need to standardize our employee documentations, establish policies and procedures and identify and promote employee development. We categorized the issues discussed based on human resource management functions. We used systems thinking to map the issues and we used the same process in the second cycle and identified the need to improve the skills of our current employees
