Business tarnish with bad payment processing corrupts and affects the image of the management and the company as a whole. The need for change in process of settling obligations is a must in order to protect the company's figure and to prevent any operational disturbances.
With the help of Lewins change model and other frameworks and journals the said research presented the means on how the researcher together with the collaborators dealt with the change and addressed the need to refurbish its process. Actual action research cycles were provided by the author to further understand the experience. As a result, the company is now in better terms than before with its suppliers and pays on time regularly.
As of today, the said research is still being monitored for its continuous improvement that could help the company grow in terms of its operations, its performance and build better relationships with suppliers.
Recommendations are provided by the author for future research.
