Abstract/Summary

My action research is about the Incorporation Process of The Sound Department Inc. in the aspect of growing the business legally. The action research project used Lewins Change Framework to entail creating the perception that a change is needed, then moving toward the new, desired level of behavior and finally, solidifying that new behavior as the norm. The Sound Department Inc. through the incorporation process has successfully integrated the shareholders together and resulted to an improved income for the people involved and also acquired more clients before the project began.

Through this action research I have learned that incorporating is a tedious worthy process for those who have trusted colleagues that wish to pool their resources and conduct business together.
