Abstract/Summary

This paper discusses the establishment of project risk management policy documents in Company ABC. CABC has been encountering question from its members regarding the PRM framework since it is new to organization. Risk Management has been established, but the emerging projects required the need to have a project risk management framework. The project management discipline is a young discipline in the organization, it still lacks some structure for easy flow of process and information. Policy document development is one of the ways to help resolve the emerging issues. Moreover, frameworks such as policy development and knowledge management were utilized to aid the researcher in executing this project. But as the cycle goes from just establishing policy documents for PRM to information sharing to the organization, the paper also touched the Internal Audits role in the PRMPs. The policy documents for PRM was established for the organization to have a definite identification of PRM and a guideline was also accomplished for Internal Audit to update its role in Project Risk Management Plans.
