BEST CONSULTING SERVICES is a newly born service-oriented company, professionalizing on knowledge Solutions to both business and technology. From its inceptive, it is an independent professional services organizations registered under the name BUSINESS ENGINEERING STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY CONSULTINF SERVICES positioned to offer enabling solutions and professional services to its customers and clients.

The industry of management consulting in the local market is presented in Chapter 1. BEST Consulting Services belongs to the Business and Management Consultancy Services or Activities industry. The industry deals with professional advisory services such as General Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resources Management Production Management and Other Management Consulting Services.

In Chapter 2, a description of the companys business and value chain are also presented. BEST CONSULTING SERVICES strategies have been defined and are discussed herein.

The aim is to provide firms Enabling solutions with a competitive edge (namely increased operational effectiveness and efficiency) by leveraging the clients core assets its people and the knowledge they possess.
