Abstract/Summary
In 2003 Tirso Sans Gabriel announced his retirement, giving the reigns of control to his son, Albert, a talented and hardworking individual who harnessed his skills with his extensive experience in various companies. With Albert at the helm, he pushed his belief that in order to realize such an ambitious task, top management has to run a lean company comprised of bright and highly-motivated individuals.
In recent months, the dynamic and new management team of Olongapo Manpower Services Corp. (OMSI) has generated innovative ideas in handling this 30-year-old company. The new team led by Mr. Albert G. San Gabriel, has combined the traditional way of offering excellent customer service to clients with extensively-researched methods of providing Total Customer Satisfaction.
Moreover the management group, composed of highly-professional individuals, is consistently looking at ways to making the founders dream a reality --- creating a one-stop shop service company.
OMSI is a manpower-provider which specifically offers janitorial and maintenance services to a host of companies. OMSI has established its right in being considered an institution in its industry, as it has already been in business for three decades. This company also prides itself in having disciplined and reliable employees who meet up to the high standards of clients. Since outsourcing has increasingly become the trend for most companies, it is not surprising that an established company such as Olongapo Maintenance Services, Inc. become one of the most sought-after service-providers in its field.
