Abstract/Summary
The main purpose of the study was to develop a high school organizational model which maximize delegation of authority and compare it with three local high schools (Little Flower High School of Penarrubia, St. Mary High School of Pidigan and Heart of Mary High School of Dolores). It seeks to develop a high school organizational model that emphasizes delegation to maximize the faculty and staff participation, cooperation in planning, supervising and reporting to ensure efficiency of the principal. Specifically, it sought to answer the question: What are the differences of the three schools in comparison with the model?
