Abstract/Summary
The problem confronting the director was the reported relationship of two competent teachers of St. Bernard High School. It was very difficult for the director to decide on any appropriate course of action due to insufficiency of evidence of the charges. More than this, they could not afford to lose two good teachers at the time, in the middle of the school year. The director spent sleepless nights pondering on what to do with this crucial problem. What was the director going to do with the situation?
