Abstract/Summary
This study was meant to determine the degree of job satisfaction of teachers in the five Dominican schools in Region V, managed by the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena. In the course of this study, a descriptive survey method through written questionnaire and interviews were used. In the first part of the written questionnaire, the respondents were asked to answer eleven questions and in the second part, the respondents were made to select five from several factors listed and ranked in the order of importance in increasing their morale. All responses were tabulated and transmuted to percentage separately by school. The average ratings were taken in the first part and in the second part, the mean was determined.
