Abstract/Summary
This study ventures to answer a general problem : What other alternative model of administrative organization, particularly in the high school level, can be more effective in school management today and the near future? Used in this research was descriptive, exploratory survey-type of study. It attempts to analyze and interpret the present status of three school organizational structures, from which the design of a model of organizational structure of high school administration that would be consistent and relevant to present demands of our complex society is the main purpose.
