The primary instrument utilized for data-gathering was the checklist type of questionnaire. The interview technique was also used in order to secure other information needed in the study. There were 26 schools respondents with a total teachers respondents of 360. The statistical tests used to test the hypothesis was the one-way analysis of variance. Percentage and arithmetic mean were used in the personal data of respondents. Weighted means were utilized in order to determine the ratings of teachers in each supervisory practice.
