Abstract/Summary
Increases in salaries and other fringes benefits of the employees as well as limiting of tuition raises to 15% annually, has brought about a financial strain to Saint Martin Academy. The problem was compounded by the demands on the sisters time by various parish apostolic works. This study attempts to discover the management problems of Saint Martin Academy as well as the apostolic end of the order.
