Section 1, discusses the objectives scope and limitations and assumptions of the paper.
Section 2, then tackles the history of Monark Equipment Corp. and it's developments through the years.
On Section 3, the mission and vision statements of Monark Equipment Corp. will be seen. Also included is the mission of Monark Power Systems.
Section 4 is about the organization structure. While Section 5 discusses the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
Section 6 concentrates on the market research. This includes analysis of the industry, the products, the market, the consumers, the suppliers, the threats, the opportunities and the competitors strategies.
On the other hand, Section 7 is about the current strategies being undertaken by Monark. This includes the strategies for marketing, operations, sales, human resource and finance.
And finally, Section 8 is dedicated on the recommended strategies that the company should employ. This includes strategies for marketing, operations, human resource and finance.
