Abstract/Summary
Interargo is a privately owned and operated by the Griffin Travel Group. The agency was primarily formed to service the travel requirements of the shipping industry.
Interargo Ph. Inc was originally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Teekay Travel, Inc. on 1995 and subsequently changed its name to Argo Travel on December 28, 2000. On September 10, 2004, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change of its corporate name to Interargo Ph. Inc.
It was established primarily to engage in the general business of domestic and foreign tours and travel to act as agent for transportation companies, both foreign and local to arrange, conduct and engage in the preparation of all kinds of inbound and outbound tours and travel itineraries and, to conduct, undertake, provide and sell such other services associated with or necessary in the general business of a travel and tour agency.
Now Interargo specializes in all aspects of marine travel. Interargos staff is loyal and dedicated in the transportation of ships crew, constantly providing a helpful and personalized service.
As a Travel agency, Interargo acts as an intermediary channel of the tourism sector. It functions as a link between the suppliers of travel services and the consumers. It is a system of distribution of service that makes the products available from the suppliers of travel to customers or clients.
The vision of Interargo Ph, Inc. is to provide their customers with a complete travel package solution providing a quality cost effective service from start to finish. The travel agency aims be a customer-oriented service firm which provides integrated, world class products and services and delivers superior value throughout the lives of its customers. Its purpose is to make travel worry free.
