Abstract/Summary
Double M General Merchandising, which belongs to the retail trade industry, was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) sometime in January 1985. The business is owned and managed by a couple from Tuguegarao City - Reynaldo and Leticia dela Cruz. The company is into wholesaling and retailing of merchandises such as rubber slippers, plastics and cellophanes, and LPG's. The owners are currently operating two stores within the business district in Tuguegarao. Double M-Gas maintains outlets located in different parts of the province.
As of 2005, this family business has total of Php.2.8 million worth of asset and earns a 9% return on equity. By December 31, 2009, Double Ms total assets are projected to reach Php.2.8 million again, with an ROE of at 21%.
