Abstract/Summary

This thesis deals with minimal zero sequences of finite cyclic groups. The conditions that guarantee the existence of basic zero sequences of minimal and maximal lengths were discussed. The lengths k of minimal zero sequences for which the pair (Zn, k) is basic were also determined. Lastly, the number of minimal zero sequences that a finite cyclic group can have was identified.
