This study had made use of the 2003 Early Childhood Development Project Evaluation Study of the Office of Population Studies. This set of data was subjected to data re-analysis. The analysis of this study includes 2285 sample children from the different barangays in the rural areas of Cebu. The Researcher analyzed it by doing and utilizing descriptive statistics and Point Biserial Correlation Coefficient.
