Abstract/Summary

The growth of the Internet in the last few years has spearheaded the growth of E-commerce. Many companies has moved part and parcel of their business into this new medium. The large influx of businesses into the Internet necessitated the development of Internet business models. Existing internet business models are all specific to a particular type of service or tailor fitted for a particular market. The study designed a framework for e-commerce using agent technology that integrates multiple E-commerce business models while abstracting the players from each other.
