Abstract/Summary
This evaluation study proposal reviews and evaluates the existing Research, Development and Planning Office's (RDPO) faculty research program.The descriptive-evaluative research design will be used. The participants of the study will be the school administrators (Deans and Senior Dean of the different colleges, high school and grade school principals), the RDPO personnel, and the faculty members. Data gathering tools such as open-ended questionnaires, guideline questionnaires for focus group discussion and interviews will be used to elicit answers to the questions for the context, input, process and product evaluations.In analyzing the data gathered, frequency distributions will be used for descriptive purposes. For the in-depth analyses (for focus group discussions and interviews' responses), a content analysis will be done.
