Abstract/Summary

This paper intends to impart its business strategy for Ayala Systems Technology, Inc. (ASTI), an established provider of wide range of information technology products, services and systems integration. At present, the company's efforts are all geared towards its mission of providing premiere ITproducts and services to the business environment in the Philippines and Asia.

Although the company is recognized to be one of the leaders in the information technology service industry, it still faces problems of unsatisfied clients, high emplyee turnover, etc. In addition, the company is also dfacing the challenge of competition both local and global. This only means that ASTI should continue to provide good quality, competitively priced products and services to meet the increasing demand of its consumers to retain its present position.

Therefore, it is proposed that the company use strategies such as improvement of its skill and knowledge base and intensifying the company's marketing activities.

Furthermore, the proposed strategies will allow ASTI to face the increasing challnges brough about by the fast-paced growth of technology.
