Abstract/Summary
This study investigates the impact information content of component cash flows statement on stock returns. In addition, the study also compares the power of two performance measurements in explaining stock returns. Two regression models are employed the data taken from the Jakarta Stock Exchange covering the period for year 1998 up to 2000.The findings showed that there were no significant impacts of information content of cash flows statement on stock returns. Moreover, the two performance measurements had no significant difference in relation to stock returns.
