Abstract/Summary

The air transportation industry is considered to be one of the most dynamic industries there is. Opportunities and threats facing the industry are constantly changing, and would thus require to strategies having to be changed as well.

L & L Corporate Jet Aviation Corporation (the Company) is a family-owned domestic charter operator, specifically catering to the needs of corporate clients within the vicinity of the Philippines. One of the Companys strengths lie on its having a solid foundation, under the stewardship and management of the Lorenzos. Of course, it cannot be discounted that the Company has its weaknesses, which have somehow hampered L & Ls growth. Matched with the opportunities and threats in the industry, these would be bases for the strategies to be implemented by L & L.

But a careful examination and evaluation of the present strategies that the Company has, has led to the conclusion that these strategies need to the thought over, as they lack basis. Proposals were made, and it is expected that these proposed strategies would now be aligned with the objectives of L & L. Tasks have likewise been identified to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies. This move is expected to facilitate the Companys progress towards increasing its market share, and eventually, expanding its operations, both within and beyond the Philippines.
