The long term survival and growth of the company is the foremost concern in the strategies developed for Active Electronics Manufacturing Inc. for the next five years.

Strategic Planning System: The basis for the strategies will be the industrys opportunities, threats and companys strengths and weaknesses. The structural analysis of the will also be discussed to support the formulation of opportunities and threats in the industry. The implementation of the strategies will be based on the 7-S framework.

Focused differentiation: AEMI strategies will gravitate along its focused differentiation owing to companys perceived superiority in quality and after-sales service by the market. The strengths that will support the attainment of the strategies will be Values of Companys Managers as well as involvement of owner in the management activities.
