This Management Report pertains to the formulation of strategic courses of action for Monterey Foods Corporation (MFC) in the midst of high bank interest rates, peso devaluation, high inflation rates, oil prices hikes and depressed demand for its products. The present financial crisis which is first of all a major threat and danger can become an opportunity for changing things so that the company will emerge in a better condition than before the crisis.
