It has seven main parts that explain: THE INDUSTRY, THE GLOBAL CONCEPT OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT WHERE IS SPU NOW WHERE DOES SPU WANT TO GO HOW CAN SPU GET THERE THE RECOMMENDATION, AND THE IMPLEMENTATION.
