Great Eastern Resins (Phils.) Ind. Co., Inc. is a young and dynamic company. It is in the manufacturer of industrial adhesives catering to shoe industry, packaging and printing industry, furniture, handcrafts, and wood industry, wood parquet industry and the construction industry.
The adhesive industry and the sealant industry had an annual growth rate of 12% and this growth rate was in the packaging industry, cigarette industry, and the construction industry.
The opportunities and threats that is present for the industry allows the company to plan ahead and set strategies for their course of actions to counter these threats and grab the opportunities in their favor. The company can use their strengths in their plans.
The course of action taken in the solvent based adhesives, water based adhesives, and sealants will be aggressive in terms of product developments, marketing and promotions.
