The main purpose of this term paper is to formulate the strategies for Banco San Juan and to propose on how these strategies will be implemented to meet the objectives of the bank, thereby sustain the companys competitiveness in the industry. The framework in this paper utilized the models of Michael E. Porter and Mckinsey Consultants and the lessons from the pragmatic experiences Dr. Elfren S. Cruz as Chief Executive Officer of numerous companies.
