Abstract/Summary
This study identified the psychological and economic coping mechanisms adopted by the teachers of Holy Cross of Davao College during economic crisis and identified the relationship between each psychological coping mechanism, each economic coping mechanism and sex, age, marital status, ethnicity, number of dependent family members, department level, community affiliation, geographic location, socio-economic status, and teaching performance. The sub-problems were:1. What are the psychological and economic coping mechanisms adopted by the teachers of Holy Cross of Davao College during economic crisis?2.
