Abstract/Summary
The business establishment is a restaurant located along the National Highway in Lipa City, Batangas. The name of the establishment is Ihaw-Ihaw Grille and Restaurant. It is a food establishment especializing in serving grilled foods. It also offers a variety of foods from different regions of the country. It will be a restaurant with simple but comfortable native settings. The business will cater to the AB market of the locality, veterinarians and veterinary representatives, salesmen assigned to Lipa City, social drinkers, travellers and tourists in the area. The vision of Ihaw-Ihaw is to become one of the popular restaurants in the province of Batangas in the next ten years. Its purpose is to provide high quality, good tasting foods to the locality at reasonable rates. The name of the restaurant should be synonymous to good, grilled foods. It would be a place where people of Lipa would go for good food, service and recreation. It would gain accreditation from the Department of Tourism and would be a stopover for all tourists passing by. Ihaw-Ihaw would be a business venture with three investors who would contribute P160,000 each for capital requirements. Additional funding in the future may be obtained by internal financial sourcing, additional capital inflow, or by loans from the bank or other lending institutions.
