There is no significant difference of the level of anxiety of the respondents with their respective sexes and number of years of stay in the Philippines. Based on the theory and concept that severe anxiety causes some psychological abnormality and the fact that foreign students suffer from anxiety, it was recommended that students adjust their food anxiety by trying out different delicacies of the host country in their own country. With regards to language as a source of anxiety, it would be good for the students to learn an international language to ease difficulty in communication. Citizens in the host country should be cooperative and tolerant, helpful and honest with regards to language difficulty of foreign studens. The different schools which admit foreign students should at least provide some counseling services to reduce levels and minimize the problems of these students.
