Abstract/Summary
The main objective of the study was the evaluation and revision of a slide-tape presentation of a single concept (energy) for college students taking a beginning course in physics.
Ninety seven slides were used in the presentation. These slides were categorized into three types of illustrations: 1. Graphics (7 slides); 2. Detailed drawings, diagrams, collage and graphs; and 3. Real photographs. All slides of category 1 were photographed in black and white and mounted with colored transparencies.
