Abstract/Summary

As a trend in Philippine Literary Tradition, revolutionary literature has not been given sufficient venue to be known comprehensively. Consequently, this paper aims to present the position of literary critic, Gelacio Guillermo, concerning the different critical issues in revolutionary literature.

Thus, the tasks of interviewing Gelacio Guillermo and the thematic analysis of his ideas will be done in order that a comprehensive glimpse will be provided concerning the literature.
