The topics included in the programmed material is based on the course outlines of Elementary Statistics 1 and 2 classes in De La Salle University. It was submitted for review and revision, then field tested on an ELESTAL class. The text was revised based on the responses.
The achievement test was found to have degrees reliability and validity. The manual was prepared to serve as a supplement to the textbook, and to ensure proper use of the latter.
