The study was sought to evaluate the curriculum objectives, materials, teaching methods, testing and evaluation techniques, and the outcomes of the Magister Management, major in Human Resources Management Program of Institut Pengembangan Wiraswasta Indonesia (IPWI) in Jakarta, Indonesia, using Stufflebeam's Context – Input – Process - Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The participants of the study consisted of 59 alumni, 24 lecturers, and 58 employers of IPWI. Survey instruments and pertinent school documents were the principal sources of data. Data gathering was done from April to June 2001. The self-administered questionnaires were mailed to the participant lecturers, alumni, and employers. Data were analyzed and presented using descriptive statistics. Qualitative data were content analyzed. The findings revealed that a-*-ll the participant lecturers find the content of the curriculum under review congruent with the program objectives. Moreover, 87.5% of the participants across groups think that the content of the Human Resources Management curriculum is adequate for preparing the graduates for work in human resources management. The topics covered by the curriculum under evaluation, which are most relevant to human resources management practice based on the assessment of the participant alumni and employers are: career planning, performance appraisal, salaries and wages, training and development, job analysis, industrial relationship, and human resource selection, motivation, and planning.
