Abstract/Summary

This dissertation proposal develops a functional administrative and faculty handbook for the eight schools of the La Salette Schools System. This is done by identifying and categorizing the procedure for the planning, organizing and implementation of policies. The inputs for the validation of the manual shall be derived from the administrators, faculty and other people involved in the policy and decision making. The study will use the descriptive survey method. Data will be gathered through visitation and observation of the La Salette Schools, personal interviews of the school heads and responses to the checklist and questionnaire. The respondents will be the members of the Board of Trustees, Directors, Consultants, Principals, faculty and staff of the eight schools of the system.
