Abstract/Summary
The goal of this research study was to find the relationship between employee work productivity and three variables: training, work motivation, and valuing of work. The research was conducted among the employees of an electric tool industrial company in Indonesia, the PT Naga Mas Surya. Specifically, the study aimed to find out the following: (1) correlation of training with employee work productivity (2) correlation of work motivation with employee work productivity (3) correlation of valuing of work with employee work productivity (4) the significance of the correlation of training, work motivation, valuing of work collectively to employee work productivity.
