The Teacher Induction Program with mentoring system should be one of the school's best investment for here lies the smooth continuity of quality instruction which should be the main concern of an educational system.
This study evaluates the Teacher Induction Program zeroing on its mentoring relationship between the beginning teachers and their mentor, the Teacher Induction Program Coordinator (TIPC) of PAREF Woodrose School Inc. It aims to provide administrators with helpful framework in evaluating Teacher Induction Program ad its mentoring component.
