Abstract/Summary
This paper aims to give awareness to everyone on how our farmers in Gapan, Nueva Ecija are doing in terms of productivity and profitability. The researchers would like to know if microcredit would create significance between borrowers and from the non-borrowers. Stated here are the prices and quantity used by our country's farmers. With the current problem of the industry, which is the lack of budget allocated to the agriculture department the researchers found a solution that would give these farmers an edge amongst others, by the means of loan. A survey was created specifically for the three cooperatives the researchers collaborated in Gapan, Nueva Ecija in order to show the difference of productivity and profitability of our farmers in the state that is also dubbed as the rice bowl of the Philippines.
