Abstract/Summary
This research is about retirees' well being after their retirement. Respondents who are on the average 64 years old with three to ten years retired were interviewed. Through the interviews that were conducted, the researchers were able to formulate theories regarding the well-being of the retirees and find out the satisfaction that the retiree get in the following aspects of their lives: spirituality, physical health, attitude towards retirement, creativity and confidence, emotional health and social network. Through these aspects, physical health had emerged to be the top factor that should be given attention.
