Abstract/Summary

Establishing an organization's identity to different people most especially to its partner organizations is of great importance. Not only does it help the organization in communicating who they are and what they do, but at the same time, it can lead to good relationships. Yet some organizations, NGOs in particular, are not able to do this well enough because of certain issues and circumstances. Thus, the management of information or the flow of information gets unorganized. Nonetheless, a part of this paper will give a concise public relations process plan that consists of steps on how to communicate properly and in an orderly manner. Moreover, identity building will be much easier with the assistance of a press kit and revamping of corporate signature. There are examples of graphic materials that holds the symbol or image of an organization.
