Abstract/Summary

Solidbank, with over three decades in the banking industry, is a medium-sized universal bank that provides domestic, international and trust services. With the entry of a new management, it establishes an image of renewed dynamism and innovativeness. Today, Solidbank is gearing towards its goal of becoming one of the top ten banks in the country.

One of Solidbank's urgent needs is the development of publicity materials for their Officers Development Program (ODP) and Management Development Program (MDP). These programs are vital to the company's growth in developing its future leaders but unfortunately, these programs lack sufficient exposure. Furthermore, the existing flyer used for the employee recruitment of Solidbank has not been revised since 1993. With these in mind, the proponents decided to produce a print package for Solidbank which consists of: 1 poster, 1 flyer and 12 brochures.

The poster serves as an ad to attract fresh graduates to apply for the Officers Development Program. It is a ful-colored 15 X 20 poster printed on C2S #140 paper designed to be used in both for job expos and in schools. The flyer, which supplements the poster, contains a brief overview of the bank, its corporate vision and important information about the Officers Development Program. It is a 2-fold, 8 1/2 X 13 flyer printed on Matt#80 paper with a full-colored cover and 2-colored inside panels. The brochures contain the necessary information that a prospective participant would need to know about the two programs: Management Development Program and Officers Development Program. They are 8 X 8 sized brochures printed on C2S #180 (for the covers) and C2S #100 for (for the contents) in 2 colors.

The supervisor of this project is Mr. Edgardo A. M. Mendoza, Jr., the Vice President for Recruitment and Career Management Division. This thesis project was printed through HP Print Trader.
