Abstract/Summary
This study looks into the possibility of using rice hull ash for the production of sodium silicate.Parameters such as size, time of burning and temperature of fusion are varied. The production process involves the fusion of sodium carbonate and ash. Analysis is done on the product produced as well as that of the commercially produced one. Comparison is also done on the said two products.
