Abstract/Summary
This thesis describes how the group was able to construct and design a volunteer recruitment campaign plan for St. La Salle Preschool. The organization's communication problem is not having a standard approach in communicating to the target audience their needs for volunteers as well as available volunteer opportunities. Given this information, the group decided that a volunteer recruitment campaign plan is necessary to answer to this problem. This thesis was done through various research methods which include review of related literature, collaborative work with the organization, and analysis of the group on what they think is most appropriate for the organization. The final output of the thesis is a volunteer recruitment campaign manual which is a step-by-step recruitment process that the organization can follow in order to gather their desired volunteers.
