Abstract/Summary

This study identified factors that led to religious vocation and focused on the different aspects of the De La Salle Brothers' current Vocation Promotion Program. Then it aimed to assess the said aspects with the help of a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis in order to eventually come up with recommendations for the improvement of the said program. The survey and interview methods were employed on 12 De La Salle Brothers and 12 Aspirants found in Luzon (Philippines), with the survey questionnaires identifying the different facets of the Brothers' lives which Aspirants find appealing, and the interview guide incorporating the SWOT Analysis. Data obtained showed common responses between the Brothers and the Aspirants regarding perspective such as the Brothers' sense of community, which both parties see as a strong point in the current Vocation Promotion Program. Recommendations were then made based on data obtained.
