Abstract/Summary
CADETTE is a 32-minute video documentary about the physical transformation of the female cadets of the Philippine Military Academy. It is in U-matic format and is basically in English. The highlights of the documentary include the Reception Rites wherein the subjects experienced the traditional welcome in PMA. It is at this point when one can see the civilian awkwardly struggling to keep up with the cadets. The Incorporation Rites after two months is the point when one is already considered a cadet.
