Abstract/Summary
Technology can be wielded by different people, but it is the media that uses it as its greatest weapon. Sophie learns that her father's media empire has taken over all that is around her brainwashing everyone to keep on purchasing products. With the disturbing experience of seeing everything outside of the four walls of her house, Sophie comes up with a plan to convince everyone that they should just be themselves. The research and findings she uncovers while coming up with plans to destroy her father's hold on everyone, makes her realize that it would be difficult to destroy the empire. She tries to change things by turning the company around instead of destroying it. Difficult as the challenge may be, Sophie tries to put people before profit instead of the other way around.
