Abstract/Summary

The Philippine karaoke culture is something that we Filipinos share as a community but has also become a cause of our divide in some cases. There have been a series of unfortunate events that have led to several deaths because of the uncanny cause that is the karaoke machine and arguments over it that lead to acts of violence. Inspired by this phenomenon coined as the My Way Killings , LASINGTUNADO portrays these mishappenings through a 20-minute live-action comedy film that revolves around five men whose nights heat up as they start arguing over how a song should be sung on a karaoke machine, ensuing into a bar brawl.
